He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest A. Kapustka and Lola C. Kapustka (Hall); and his sister Eva Curry. He is survived by: his sisters, Lola Griffin of Hastings, NE, Rebecca Wilson of Scottsbluff, NE, Mary Kapustka of Hastings, NE and Carol Olson (Michael) of Lafayette, CO. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
