He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph B. Mooney and Ella Agnes Mooney (Foster); his daughter Ella Leann; his siblings, Robert Garrie Mooney and Ella LaVonne Eggert; and his sister-in-law Rose Mae Mooney.
He is survived by: his wife Marcella Mooney; his son William Mooney (Janette); his granddaughter Marissa Rhodes (Roger); and his siblings, Adolph Dwain Mooney, Carol Kennedy (Tom), Callaway, Paulette Waggle (Jerry) and Many. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, and one great-grandchild.
Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
