He is survived by: his wife Linda Nicolai; his children, Theresea Johnson (Gary Puljas), Tena Herbek (Doug), Tracie Nicolai and Benjamin Nicolai; his grandchildren, Cassie Johnson, Jourdan Johnson, Zayne Johnson, Maraina Johnson, Emily Herbek, Andrew Herbek, Samuel Herbek, Grace Herbek, Maggie Herbek, Caleb Herbek, Myah Toscano, Isaiah Toscano and Ashlee Holling (Casey); his great grandchildren, Serenity Johnson, Malakai Bishop, Marley Holling, Hastings and Scarlett Holling; his siblings, Henry Nicolai (late Diane Krigsvold), Mike Nicolai (Karen Mattson), Roger Nicolai (Nancy), Mark Nicolai (Karon), Tim Nicolai (Amber), Tony Nicolai (Dana), Mary Knutson (Terry) and Leanne Berg (Jerry); his sister-in-law Cindy Nicolai; and his parents-in-law, Mary Stiver (Jack), Jerry Sather (Sharon), Ronnie Sather (Bonnie), Beverly Sather and Many. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, extended family, and good friends.
Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
