She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandparents, Henry and Pauline Miller; her husband Donald S. Piper; her children, Christine Casillas (Danny) of Woodbridge, VA, Larry Piper (Renee Miller) of North Platte, NE, Angela Fujan (Dave) of Beatrice, NE and David Piper (Crystal Golter) of Lincoln, NE; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Derek Casillas (Jaime Wirtz), Lindsey, Matthew, Courtney, Monica, Jessica Fujan, Stuart, Katelynn Gibson, Garrett, Haley Piper, Logan and Olivia Golter; her great grandchild Finley Casillas; her siblings, Larry Dillon, Mike Dillon (Jodi) and Cathleen Lamberty (Doug); her parents, Lawrence Dillon and Angela Dillon; her sister-in-law Margaret Dillon (Moeller); her brother Roger Dillon (Butch); and her stepmother Judy E. Dillon (Mecek). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the North Platte Catholic Endowment Trust or to the North Platte Catholic Food Pantry.
