She was predeceased by: her parents, George R. Rasmussen and Elsie Marie Rasmussen (Aldrich); her husband Robert M. Allen; her siblings, James and Jacquelyn; and her pets, Smokey Joe, Shotzie and Brinkley.

She is survived by: her children, Kristin (Denny Mui) of New York, NY, Erik (Melanie) of Hastings and Bryant (Melissa) of Hastings; and her nephew David Fuller (Nancy) of Hastings.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Start Over Rover or the Second Presbyterian Church of Hastings.
