She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Benson and Myrtle Benson (Hunt); her husband Paul W. Petska, Sr.; and her daughter Cynthia Sue. She is survived by: her children, Paul Petska, Jr. of Hastings, Mark Petska (Rita) of Blue Hill and Kim Beam (Greg) of Fremont; her grandchildren, Amanda Kahrs (Adam) of Naponee, Nathan Petska (Anna) of Hickman, Amelia Petska of Gothenburg, Brianna Longwell (Andrew) of Elkhorn and Brennan Beam of Omaha; her great grandchildren, Emma, Stetson, Beau Kahrs, Ambrose Longwell and Emerson Petska; her brother Dallas Benson (Pauline) of Butte, Montana; and her sister-in-law Lorene Meese of Ord.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. Cecilia's Catholic Church or Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Blue Hill.
