He was predeceased by: his grandfather David Dean Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Aaron Johnson and Amber Johnson (Smith); his brothers, Drew Johnson and Luke Johnson; his grandparents, John, Regina Johnson of Colby, Kansas and Effie Smith of Marion, Kansas; and his aunts and uncles, Bryan, Joanna Johnson, Richard, Echo Smith, Brandon, Charlotte, Mason Jeremy, David, Jacob, Ron and Kristen Jackson. He is also survived by many great aunts, uncles and cousins.
