He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Drummond and Mabel Drummond (Vincent); his son LeRoy Drummond; his granddaughter Kasey Thaut; and his siblings, Melvin, Ernie, George, Ray Donald Drummond, William Hiermeier, Gary Hiermeier, Donald Hiermeier, Luella Farnam, MaryLou Chabot and Marcella Kuhn.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Drummond; his children, Frederic Drummond Jr. (Chris) of Florida, Roydean Drummond of Hastings, Jodie Bard (Greg) of Lincoln and Trisha Thaut (Rick) of Hastings; his grandchildren, Aaron Drummond, Sunny Drummond, Jessica Drummond, Kelsie Bard, Summer Freeland, Dylan Bard, Lekci Thaut, Ashley Bard, Matthew Drummond, Joshua Drummond, Nicholas Drummond and Forest Drummond; his great grandchildren, Keagen, Haizlee, Beckam, Breeleigh, Brekynn, Braeli and Oclend; and his sister Shirley Phillips (Hiermeier) of Columbus.
Memorials may be given to the family to be designated at a later date.
