He was predeceased by: his parents, James Howard and Janice Howard (Pixley). He is survived by: his wife Janneth Howard of Hastings, NE; his brother Richard Howard (Sandi) of Eatonville, WA; his sons, Joseph Bell (Lisa) and Jason Bell (Rachel) of Hastings, NE; his grandchildren, Fennell, Amanda, Ashley, Katie, Caleb, Auston, Hailee, Isayah, Noah and Skyler; and his great grandchildren, Owen, Payton, Quinton and Esther.

Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
