We are sad to announce that on November 9, 2023, at the age of 96, Francis J. Krovance of Hastings, Nebraska, born in Sioux City, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Krovance and Sigrid Krovance (Skow); his wife Betty Hinkle (Rutherford); his brother James Krovance Guffey; his grandson Brett Shields; his stepgrandchildren, Patricia Prevette, Jim Prevette and David Dixon; and his stepchildren, Larry Prevette and Joyce Richardson.
He is survived by: his former spouse Vi McCauley; his stepdaughter Vicki Hinkle Shields (Bob); his son Sid Krovance (Barb); his stepson Gary Prevette (Judy); his grandchildren, Scott Shields, Emily Krovance Aviles (Roger), Aaron Krovance (Katie), Karissa Krovance Holsan (Jake) and Bryce Krovance; and his stepgrandchildren, John Prevette, Julie Boydston, KayCee Sheppard, Debbie Dixon, Ryan Richardson and Jeff Anderson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Crossroads Center Rescue Mission, Hastings, NE.
