She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne DuBose and Pauline DuBose (Pickens); her spouse Milo Frank Hayek; her siblings, John, Wayne, Earl DuBose, Sally Yeates, Pearl Rumsey and Beaulah Rumsey; and her siblings-in-law, Darlene Gibson, Guy Rumsey and Tom Rumsey.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Hayek (Diane) of Lincoln, NE and Pat Hayek (Sharon) of Hastings, NE; her granddaughters, Abby Moody (Mike) of Kansas City, MO and Jenna Jacobi (Brice) of Omaha, NE; her brother Harvey DuBose (Sandy) of Carlsbad, CA; and her siblings-in-law, Evelyn DuBose of Brawley, CA and Irvin Hayek of Lexington, KY.
Memorials may be given to the First United Methodist Church.
