With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elfriede Fleharty of Hastings, Nebraska, who passed away on January 28, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Feyrer (Kromlinger) and Heinrich Feyrer; her husband Harold M. Fleharty; her siblings, Marie Jurczyszyn, Anna Morris, Herta Spix and Heinrich Feyrer; and her siblings-in-law, Max Fleharty, Virginia Fleharty and Cindy Fleharty.
She is survived by: her children, Glen Fleharty (Janice), Bismarck, Ed Fleharty (Brenda) and Sylvia Walters (Roger Duhachek); her grandchildren, Bryce Fleharty, Brooks Fleharty (Jen), Berthoud, Brandon Fleharty (Lauren), Christopher Walters (Krystena), Leslie Walters, Lincoln, Alexus Fleharty (Braedon Valentine), Hastings and Sheri Mahlke; her great grandchildren, Sapphire, Cash, Jett, Kiera, Aiden, Georgia, Mary Jane, Rylan, Willow, Bianca and Eva; her great great grandchild Violet; and her brothers-in-law, Gerald Fleharty, El Paso, Eugene Fleharty (JoAnn), Hays, Lynn Fleharty (Marlys), Georgetown, Lyle Fleharty (Diann), Hastings and Numerous.
Memorials may be given to First United Methodist Church or South Central Nebraska Czech Society.
