He was predeceased by: his mother Barbra E. Bohlen. He is survived by: his sons, Liam and Laken Bohlen; the mother of his children Lisa Featherstone; his sons, Father Tim Bohlen and Sister Misti Bohlen (Levi Kent); his brother Thomas Bohlen; his nieces and nephews, Colten, Johnathan Bohlen, Leah, Lillyan Kent and Makynna Nisonger; and his grandparents, Dixie, Duan Bohlen and Dee Graham.
