He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Walter and Mary Walter (Parmater). He is survived by: his children, Danyell Boutin, Kristi Boutin, Brandy Miller, Amy Ruff and Chase Boutin; his nephew Wally White; and his sisters, Susan White and Terri Walter.
