We are sad to announce that on July 1, 2023, at the age of 87, Dorrit E. Jones Dunn of Hastings, Nebraska, born in Minden, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Nielsen and Rosa Nielsen; her spouse Dean Dunn; her brothers, Elmer Neilsen and Herbert Nielsen; her grandson Dustin Kinney; her son-in-law Robert Newhouse; and her stepsons, Mike Dunn and Bob Dunn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Kinney (Keith) of Hastings, Linda Newhouse of Evans, GA and Teresa Powers (Tim) of Lincoln; her grandchildren, April Struss (Scott) of Hastings, Brandon Kinney (Kelly) of Hastings, Jessi Hamburger (Kyle) of Hastings, Christopher Newhouse of Papillion, Christina Newhouse of Evans, GA, Nick Powers (Tiffany) of Lincoln and Megan Powers of Omaha; and her stepchildren, Chuck Dunn, Judy Stafford and Kelly Lengyel. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
