With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy McKinnis of Hastings, Nebraska, who passed away on November 10, 2024 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dorothy McKinnis to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her son Mark; and her brother-in-law Mike Lang. She is survived by: her husband Larry of Hastings, NE; her sons, Stephen McKinnis and Daniel McKinnis (Mary) of Apache Junction, AZ; her grandchildren, Laura, Donnie, Matthew and Leia; her daughter Deborah Anderson (Kip) of Columbus, NE; her grandchildren, Kyle and Katie; her sister Alyce Lang; and her siblings-in-law, Barbara Mallon and Ray McKinnis. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Grace United Methodist Church (1832 W 9th St, Hastings, NE 68901). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
