With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris L. Stark of Hastings, Nebraska, born in Holdrege, Nebraska, who passed away on August 21, 2024 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Doris L. Stark to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Sprague and Annie Mae Sprague (Long); her husband Walter John Stark, Jr.; her daughter Connie Stark; her grandson Christopher Lovegrove; her siblings, Dorothy Nelson (Maynard) and Dean Sprague; and her siblings-in-law, Darrell "Dee" Stark (Beverly), Betty Stark and Kathryn Shield.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Stark (Marletta) of Crete, Nebraska, Joy Stoltenberg (Scott) of Morrill, Nebraska and Beth Lovegrove (John Price) of Hastings; her grandchildren, Michelle Myers (Lartee) of Columbia, Kristina Stark of Crete and Andy Lovegrove of York; her granddaughter-in-law Britni Lovegrove (Christopher) of Superior; her great grandchildren, Corrine Myers, Erin Myers, Nicholas Martozie and Kylee Roberts; and her siblings-in-law, Carrie Sprague of North Platte and Jerrold Stark of Hays, Kansas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in Doris's honor, and kindly suggested to the family for later designation.
