He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth C. Turner and Mina D. Turner (Phelps); and his parents-in-law, Warren and Doris Rowley. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Turner; his sons, Douglas "Shawn" (Michelle Turner), Kenneth "Scott" (Ginger Turner), Steven (Susan Turner) and Todd Turner; and his grandchildren, Brent (Jana Turner), Meghan Turner (Matt Murray), Tyler (Erica Turner), Nicholas (Courtney Turner), Whitney (Charles Scribner), Austin (Andee Turner), Olivia Turner, Benjamin (Rylee Turner) and Grant Turner.
Memorials may be given to the First United Methodist Church or the Trumbull Community Center.
