With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Delores Marie Zimmerman of Hastings, Nebraska, born in Gove, Kansas, who passed away on August 3, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pius Waldman and Anna Waldman (Lovenstein); and her sisters, Lorena Burgardt (Don) and Mary Waldman. She is survived by: her husband Edmund "Ed" Zimmerman; her children, Lynette Moul (Mark), Sheila Valentine, Hastings, Cary Zimmerman (Kathy) of Casper, WY and LeAnn Zimmerman of O'Neill, NE.; her grandsons, Nicholas Zimmerman (Shelly), Matthew Valentine, Brandon Zimmerman (Abbey), Cody Valentine (Laura) and Zacary Zimmerman; her great grandchildren, Vincent, Declan Valentine, Connor, Luke, Evan, Caleb, Sadie and Sophie Zimmerman; her siblings, Pius Waldman, Irene Bechard, Delbert Waldman (Ethel) and Linus Waldman (Antonia); her sisters-in-law, Johanna Dreher, Sally Burgardt, Albina Moore, Loretta Waldman (Bob), Renie Thomas (Clyde), Kay Younger (Clarence), Theresa Haffner (Steve) and Mary Racette (Gerald); and her great grandchild Erica Zimmerman.
