He was predeceased by: his parents, Alec Oltean and Mattie Oltean (Bolin); his stepfather Charles Rose; his parents-in-law, Vera and William Hudson; his siblings, Charles Oltean, Don Rose and Donna Rose; and his grandson Cole Oltean.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Oltean; his children, Bill Oltean (Joanne), Bob Oltean (Mary) and Beth Koch (Steve); and his grandchildren, Shane Oltean (Bonnie), Claire Broussard (David), Jacob Oltean (Kaylee), Elijah Oltean (Ellie Hughes), Olivia Oltean, Mariah Hart (Chris), Keller Koch (Erin Lempka), Sawyer Koch and Savannah Koch.
Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
