He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Haase and Marie Haase (Kaiser). He is survived by: his former wife Sue Helms; his wife Deanna Haase; his children, Timothy, Kathy Haase, Amy Morgan and Melissa Svoboda; and his grandchildren, Emily, Ty Makor, Isiah Haase, Bailey Morgan, Kayla Morgan, Reagan Morgan, Zachary Svoboda, Makenzie Svoboda and Breanna Svoboda.

Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
