The memory of Darrell Wayne Seeley of Hastings, Nebraska, born in Matheson, Colorado, who passed away on November 1, 2024 at the age of 91, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Seeley (Lee) and Charles J. Seeley; his former wife Joanne Seeley (Betzold); his siblings, Lesley Seeley, Nadene Leger and Elaine Wallace; his daughter Debbie Schroeder; his grandson Jake Binfield; and his stepson Mike Shada.
He is survived by: his wife Marti; his children, Vicki Buss (Steve), Jenny Binfield (Brad), Timothy Seeley (Judy) and Matthew Seeley (Shannon); and his grandchildren, Jason Buss (Monica), Austin Buss, Sarah Kirmse (Chuck), Kayla Schroder, Kandra Nunez (Carlos), Jessica Perreault (Jason), Cody Seeley, Thane Seeley (Elizabeth) and Taylor Seeley (Megan). He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
A reception was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the DeWitt Funeral Home (604 S Burlington Ave, Hastings, NE 68901).
