He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Bullard and Hazel Bernice Bullard (Barnes); his son Kent; and his wife Lois. He is survived by: his sons, Ken Bullard and Keith Bullard (Roxanne). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
