Ragland (Mills); his grandchildren, Patrick, Christopher of San Francisco, CA, Abby Stoddard (Nick), Cooper, Ezra, Oliver, Willow, Thea of Grand Island, NE and Andrew Huber (Taryn); his mother-in-law Gloria Mills; his siblings, Janice Ragland of Liberty, MO, Nancy Ragland of Mesa, AZ, Bill Ragland (Linda) of Tunas, MO and Roy Ragland (Chris) of Liberty, MO.; his nieces and nephews, Jonathan Ragland (April), Ashley Dilley (Tom), Stanton Ragland, Garrett Ragland, Culley Creach (Colette), Marlena Wells and Rebecca Wells; and also Regina Lucas of Hastings, NE.. He is also survived by Numerous great-nieces, nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Deborah's Legacy of North Platte or the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
