He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Norris and Betty Norris (Peter); his sister Lela Earl; and his great grandchild Sameul Norris. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Norris (Doyen); and his children, Brian (Julie Norris), Shawn (Kristina Norris), Hastings and Melissa Norris (David Adams).

Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
