He is survived by: his father Charles Mandelko (Dixie Nielsen); his son Kaleb Mandelko; his mother Pamela Scheuffele (Gary); his siblings, Stacy Kleinjan (Tom) and Justin Mandelko; his grandmother Lila Maresh; his significant other Courtney Wiota; and his significant other's children, Eva and Ezekiel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to his son Kaleb Mandelko.
