He was predeceased by: his father Orlo Carriker. He is survived by: his mother Arlene Carriker (Stark); his former wife Charlene Crocker; his wife Carolyn Juranek (Shutt); his children, Jason Juranek (Cassie), Hastings, Jeff Carriker (Bobbie) and Jessie Cunningham (Eric); and his siblings, Julie Briseno (John), Phillips, Alan Carriker (Patty), JoAnn Smith (Carroll) and Daniel Carriker (Overland Park). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
