He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Mousel and Pauline Mousel (Parr). He is survived by: his wife Breverly Mousel; his children, Norman, JoLynn Mousel, Myron Mousel and Randy Mousel; his grandchildren, Rebecca Mousel, Melissa Wilson, Zachary Mousel, Jana Lammers and Morgan Mousel; and his great grandchildren, Kaleigh, Landon, Gavin, Alex, Hallie Ann and Brooks.
Dale requested no flowers or plants. Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
