She is survived by: her husband Tom Kubicka of Hastings, NE; her children, Cathy Lewis (Scotty) of Peoria, AZ, Chris Junker of Hastings, NE and Tom Kubicka (Melissa) of Juniata, NE; her grandchildren, Kelley Swanson (Taylor), Jonathan Kubicka (Abby Spiehs), Jacob Kubicka, Courtney Junker and Mollie Kubicka; her siblings, Carolyn Nowka of Hastings, NE, Kathy Nelson of Hastings, NE and Richard Miller (Terri) of Texas; and her sister-in-law Susan Kubicka of Lincoln, NE. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
