She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Bohlen; her brother David Bohlen; and her grandparents, Johnnie, Alice Hegwood, George and Helen Bohlen.
She is survived by: her children, Shane and Jennifer Warren Logan Smith (Jamie Ellis Jamie); her grandchildren, Brecklynn Warren and Wren Smith Future; her stepgrandchildren, Alex, Landon, Brooklynn, Savanna and Zoey; her mother Barbara Bohlen (Hegwood); and her siblings, Shelly (Steve Kennedy), Janice (Chuck Niemeyer) and Barry (Laura Bohlen). She is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, & Cousins.
