He is survived by: his wife Wanda Offner; his son Richard Lee Brown (Katherine); his grandson James Brown; his sisters, Geraldine Weitzel (James) and Barbara Brown; and his pets, Bella and Chevy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
