We are sad to announce that on March 1, 2022, at the age of 78, Billy Wayne Rapp of Hastings, Nebraska, born in Colorado Springs, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Horace and Effie Myrtle Rapp (Kershner); his sister Barbara; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Payne and Stan Watson.

He is survived by: his wife Jean Rapp; and his children, Kendra Harper (Shane Stone), Lori Keeler (Jeff), Mark Rapp (Tucson), Troy Rapp (Tucson), Randy Rapp (Springs), Steven Otto (Hastings) and David Otto (Kerri). He is also survived by Grandchildren: 16 Great-Grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
