She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Hartman and Katherine Hartman (Koch); her brother Vernon "Buzz" Hartman; her siblings-in-law, Roger and Marlys McFerren (Geitz); and her nephew Ronald McFerren.
She is survived by: her husband Roger Allen Geitz; her son Shannon Geitz Fowler (Donna) of Hastings; her grandsons, Collin Fowler of Columbus, NE and Hunter Fowler of Hastings; and her sister-in-law Sherry Hartman.
