With solemn reverence, we commemorate Arla Mae Herringer of Hastings, Nebraska, born in Chester, South Dakota, whose life came to an end on October 30, 2024 at the age of 94, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvin Brown and Anna Brown; her husband Darrell Herringer; her grandson Nicholas Herringer; and her brothers, Arvid Brown (Aleta), Vern Brown (Ruth) and Elvin Brown, Jr. (Donna).
She is survived by: her children, Kim Herringer (Donette), Jay Herringer (Tammy), Jon Herringer, Amy Brommer (John) and Kay Mann (Mike); and her sister-in-law Linda Hiller (Ron). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Livingston Butler Volland Funeral Home & Cremation Center (1225 N Elm Ave, Hastings, NE 68901). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Butler Volland Chapel (1225 N Elm Ave, Hastings, NE 68901).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Team Jack Foundation in memory of Arla's beloved grandson Nicholas Herringer.
