She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Tuyl and Clella Van Tuyl (Hise); her brother John Van Tuyl; and her granddaughter JayLee Therese Sadd. She is survived by: her daughters, Stormy Wells, Summer Sadd, Autumn Sadd and Krystal Sadd (William Olson). She is also survived by son Grandchildren: 14 Great-Grandchildren.
