He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Peter and Vera Elizabeth Loecker (Albers); his daughters, Kristi Loecker and Karen Wampol; his brother Larry; and his siblings-in-law, Arnold Jones and Sheila Loecker.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy of Hartington; his children, Craig Loecker of Omaha, Keith Loecker (Michelle) of Hartington, Curt Loecker (Kristi) of Hartington, Chris Loecker (Melissa) of Omaha and Kathy Smedra (Steve) of Lincoln; his son-in-law Jeremy Wampol of Yankton, SD; his siblings, Dennis Loecker (Vivian) of Sioux Falls, SD, Allen Loecker of Mitchell, SD, Glen Loecker (Mary) of Fordyce, Don Loecker (Denise) of Lincoln, Marvin Loecker (Deb) of Olathe, KS, David Loecker (Sheila) of Fordyce, Gladys Jones of Nebraska City, NE and Paulette Dreesen (John) of Yankton, SD; and his sister-in-law Judith Ruhana of Evanston, IL. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
