She was predeceased by: her parents, Christian Simonsen and Inez Simonsen (Knodel); and her husband LeRoy Jons. She is survived by: her children, Garry Jons of Yankton, SD, Jeff Jons of Sidney, NE and Sandra Jahnke of Fort Dodge, IA; her grandson Sean Draper; and her siblings, Janet Grass, Kay Grinde (John) and Clayton Simonsen (Cheryle). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
