He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kohtz and Elaine Kohtz; and his brother-in-law Doug Carson. He is survived by: his wife Terri Kohtz; his children, Sarah and Andrew Kohtz (Jackie Thomas); his grandson Preston Thomas-Kohtz; and his sisters, Diane Carson and Nancy Eberle (Gary). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
