He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Miller and Hazel Miller. He is survived by: his sons, Richard T. Jr. (Donna), Randy (Cindy), Ron and Russ (Kate); and his sister Beverly Wainwright (Spence). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
