She was predeceased by: her parents, William Swarbrick and Fern Swarbrick. She is survived by: her sisters, Deborah Berg (Tom), Karen Duffy and Leslie Amick; her former husband Greg Banks; and her children, Tiegist and Abeye. She is also survived by many beautiful nieces and nephews.
