She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosalie Nicolas (Zwiener) and Louis Nicolas; her spouse Gene DeTurk; and her daughters, Peggy Kemp and Jenni DeTurk.

She is survived by: her children, David, Linda of Omaha, NE, Dwayne (Cheryl) of Salina, KS, Bonnie Hendricksen (Don) of Wimauma, FL, Rose, Dave Beaudette of Norfolk, NE and Ted (Dawn) of Fremont, NE.. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren.
