He is survived by: his wife Terri; his children, Scott (Annette), Amy Moore (Jason) and Carly Oehm; his grandchildren, Justin, Brianna, Jacob, Blake and Mia; and his siblings, Kathy Milius, Beth Baete and John. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
