He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Distefano and Annette Distefano; and his sister Beverly. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Ivey; his children, David (Belinda), Bryan (Denise) and Sherri (Frank); his grandchildren, Amber, Chase, Jake, Caleb, Zach and Ashley; and his great grandchildren, Everley and Mila. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in memory of David Distefano at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Gretna.
