She was predeceased by: her husband James "Butch". She is survived by: her children, Amy M. Kacin, Jeff (Michelle) and Joe Kacin; and her siblings, Kathy Craig, Mary Ann Dalton, John, Jim and Kevin O'Connor. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
