He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughters, Donna Petrmichl (Ken) and Debra Heller (Doug); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Petrmichl, Kristin Burt (Cody), Josh Heller and Paula Heller; and his great grandchildren, Hattie and Bennett Burt. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
