He is survived by: his wife Wanda Anette Cunningham; his son Dr. Kevin Allison (Shelly); his grandchildren, John and Dr. Geoff Allison (Melissa); his great grandchild Jack; his granddaughter Paige Diaz (Peter); his son Kip Allison (Julie); his grandchildren, Lindsay Allison, Dr. Jenna Allison (Brennan) and Megan Albers (Mitch); his great grandchild Pierce; his daughter Kelli Anderson (Brian); his grandson Justin Anderson (Megan); his great grandchildren, Mason and Waylon Anderson; his grandchild Jordan Anderson (Justine); his great grandchildren, Leighton, Hudson, Ryker and Rafe Anderson; his grandchild Parker Anderson (Mirrya); his great grandchild Abram; his grandchild Brooke Brooke (Jacob); his great grandchild Beckham; and his daughter Palmer Brooke.
