She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kolb and Neva Kolb (Brungardt); her husband Richard Fore; and her siblings, Kelly Kolb, Michael Kolb and Tobi Wenzl.

She is survived by: her children, Kristine Crandall (John) of Greenwood and Andrea Fore of Lincoln; her grandchildren, Danielle Khalil, Cassandra Fore-Cadwell (Justin), Austin Fiala, Mallory Fiala, John Crandall Jr. and Mark Crandall; and her siblings, Debra Peters (Rob) of Lincoln and George Kolb (Kaye) of Lincoln.

Memorials may be left for the family to designate to the Alzheimer's Association.
