He was predeceased by: his father Arthur F.. He is survived by: his mother Bernadine V. Welch, Jr. (Wells) of St. Paul; his sister Michele "Mickie"; his brother-in-law John Consola of Frankfort, IL; his brother Art; his sisters-in-law, Debbie Welch of Chicago and Kathy Welch of Havelock, NC; and his nieces and nephews, John (Lupe Consola), Danielle Consola, Catherine Consola, Laura (Eric Rowe) and Brendan Welch (Justin Welch).
When the COVID-19 pandemic eases up a Mass of Christian Burial and Celebration of Life will be held.
