She was predeceased by: her parents, Orris Tatum and Ollie Tatum (Coppersmith); and her siblings, Wilda, Mae Rowen, Frank and Bernard.
She is survived by: her husband Harold LeRoy Kuskie; her children, Jacqueline, Jacque Bohling (Terry) of Grant, Marlene Pritchett (Larry) of Grant and Dennis Kuskie (Marlene) of Green Forest, AR; her grandchildren, Lori Griffin of Hemingford, Troy Pritchett (Kelly) of Lincoln, Travis Pritchett (Denise) of Lincoln, Jennifer Kuskie of Casa Grande, AZ, Kristyn Smith (Tracy) of Casa Grande, AZ and Michael Kuskie of Ogallala; her great grandchildren, Lindsey Fricke (Jessica), Mireya Kuskie, Domonic Wendell, Liam Smith, Calen Pritchett, Kyler Pritchett and Kenley Pritchett; and her sister-in-law Marge Tatum. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A memorial has been established in Pearl's memory for later designation.
