With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathy Bottom of Grant, Nebraska, who passed away on January 16, 2023 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kathy Bottom to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Leroy and Evelyn McLaughlin (Nelson); her son Steve; her husband Dr. Paul Bottom; and her siblings, James, Jack, Tom and Norma Carpenter of Idaho.
She is survived by: her former husband Tom Johnson; her children, Bradley, David Johnson of Ogallala, Brad Johnson (Faye) of Grant, Mark Bottom (Renae) of Grant, Wayne Bottom (Karri) of Denver, Donell Geisert (Bruce) of Grant and Janet Griffin (Glenn) of Billings, MT; and her sister Hazel Bittick of Idaho. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Western Sky Community Care Center in Kathy's memory.
